I had a fantastic family holiday at Club Turan Prince, with numerous pools and a great aquapark that kept everyone entertained. While the dining options were generally enjoyable, we faced some frustrating moments with reservations and guest services. The rooms were basic but clean and provided decent comfort. Overall, it was a valuable experience, but I wish there were better options for dining reservations and quicker service at reception.

Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable! The beautiful grounds and amazing activities for the kids kept everyone entertained and happy. The food was delicious, and the ice-cream and waffle stations were a huge hit with my family. However, while most of the staff were friendly, the reception could definitely use some improvement in customer service. Overall, we felt we received great value for our money, and we can't wait to return!
